MEET YOUR COACH

My name is Sam. I’ve been a personal trainer and fitness coach since 2013, and I’ve devoted myself to understanding how to improve fitness programming to maximize results since Day One. 

 

I work with athletes, biohackers, and anyone who is interested in getting stronger and fitter. I’m very proud to have helped many men and women in their 60’s to get their first pullups!

 

My Athletic Background:

Crossfit

“Olympic” Weightlifting

MMA (with emphasis in Karate, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and BJJ)

 

I also have a keen interest in the fields of Longevity Research and “Biohacking”.

 

Coaching Experience:

I have had the privilege of coaching a diverse range of athletes, including:

  • Powerlifting

  • Olympic Weightlifting

  • CrossFit

  • Marathon and Half-Marathon Runners

​

I’ve also been the primary Strength Coach for people who engage in many disciplines, such as:

Cycling, bobsled, rock climbing, and many forms of Combat Sports.
