HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Free 1-Hour Consultation

We begin with a complimentary consultation. During this session, we discuss your goals, training background, injuries or joint-health issues, and your current training schedule. Together, we develop a game plan to address your weaknesses and establish training strategies to achieve your goals.

Step 2: Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

​

Following our initial consultation, I design a series of testing protocols to accurately measure your fitness levels in areas such as upper body strength, lower body strength, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, and mobility.

Step 3: Personalized Program Design

​

Based on the assessment results, I create a customized 6-week training program tailored to your specific needs. This program includes:

  • Selecting Targets to focus on

  • Customized Exercise Selection for your goals

  • Selecting appropriate loads, sets, and reps

  • Adopting a method of progressive overload

Step 4: Weekly Check-ins

​

We have weekly video calls to review your progress, discuss your workouts, and analyze your video recordings (optional). We also plan the upcoming week's workouts, considering any factors that might affect your schedule and workout availability. During these calls you can also ask any questions you’d like, to learn directly from an expert in the field!

Step 5: Ongoing Improvement

​

At the end of the 6-week program, we re-test to evaluate your progress. Based on the results, I design a brand new 6-week program to ensure continuous improvement. This process is repeated to help you consistently reach new fitness milestones.
